Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 14 days to process your order. We order directly from our distributor to ensure you receive the freshest products. Once your order is received, it will be packed and shipped out to you. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP:
We do not offer store pickup at this time.
LOCAL DELIVERY:
We do not offer local delivery at this time.
SHIPPING:
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders of $250 or more. Please note that we do not offer flat-rate shipping at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
All shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. You can expect to see various shipping options, prices, and delivery times when you check out.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at admin@threelionspantry.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
