Refund policy

RETURNS:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Three Lions Pantry. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 15 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS:
To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@threelionspantry.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return.

REFUNDS:
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund will be for the full order amount minus any shipping costs associated with the return. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us as soon as possible at admin@threelionspantry.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution, including providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, items that have been used or opened, and items not in their original condition. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item’s eligibility for return.

EXCHANGES:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
