Gently stirred in small batches in traditional open pans with natural raw cane sugar they are lovingly hand crafted into a luxuriously rich extra fruit preserve minimum 50% fruit content bursting with luscious fruit and the intense flavour of freshly picked strawberries. Ideal for the perfect cream tea or making extra special Victoria sponges and strawberry cheesecakes. only when each batch- which is hand bottled and labelled is it signed off by our master jam maker, are we happy to put our name to it. we never add anything artificial no preservatives, artificial flavours or colours.
